The rooms were absolutely divine! The breakfast servers were so kind and at the end of breakfast, the ladies told us to take whatever we wanted because they'd have to throw it away as soon as they closed. They had just refilled the bacon and eggs and the biscuits. We took the leftovers to the bus stop where there are squatters and homeless people. It would have been such a waste to throw that away.

I must say, we were very disappointed. Our room was very dirty! I had to buy chlorox wipes to clean the bathroom, desk, and tables. Telephone and remote control were disgusting. We could physically see the dirt. Makeup stains all over the shower curtain. Hair on the toilet, bathroom counter, and in the tub. I honestly don’t think anyone cleaned this suite at all. We also only had: 2 towels, 2 washcloths, and 1 hand towel for a suite! I stood in line waiting for someone at the front desk to assist us. Everyone in line was waiting on toiletry items. Breakfast and service were great! Unfortunately, the cleanliness trumps the food. We would have requested to switch rooms, but there were no vacancies. It was also late when we arrived with children.

We found on arrival that the blind in the room was unable to be raised. Attempts by management failed. In addition, 3 out of six USB ports did not work neither did 3 power outlets. We were given another room where we found that 3 USB ports were not working. A fourth failed during our stay. There were also problems with power outlets. On the upside the staff were helpful and immediate in trying to resolve issues and an adjustment was made to our account and 5,000 points were also added. We noted that despite a room indicating vending there was no vending machine there. It would have been easier to make a cup of tea in the breakfast area, if the tea bags and cups had been in the same room as the hot water, thus easier to find! Apart from the above the hotel was quiet, restful and clean. The staff pleasant. There are good eating places within walking distance.

The staff were awesome and the rooms were comfortable...as usual! We had a concern about the breakfast because we eat Kosher and my wife is lactose-intolerant. There was al.ost nothing my wife could eat except toast with jelly. Since we were coming back through the area 4 days later, the manager said she would make sure to have something we could all eat, including turkey sausage. These people are awesome!

I cant imagine having a honeymoon at that hotel. For the price of the suite one could upgrade thier trailer to a double wide.
