Hello. I always go here and spend alot of money as they have quality donations. This time two things not priced. Always given a price so I can buy. This time me and another lady treated like dirt telling us no we can't buy due to some idiotic rules. Laby in charge refused to help, while others were just perplexed why she refused to give us prices making up rules as she went along. I was so frustrated. So many things just over priced even for retail. I told them I would not be back. The gentle man said he understood as they were losing customers due to this lady's attitude. They get it free, time to sell! My daughter said me and the other woman who wanted prices were not Hispanic and that's why we were treated mean! So much for good Christians!

(PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE SHOPPING HERE)On multiple occasions i have shopped here in fear! A Puerto rican older lady, who is very rude to customers, workers, and volunteer’s. Today i went they had remodeled a bit, one of the volunteers told me “green tagged items were 1.00$ and they were labeled as so when you walk in,” the puerto rican worker then says “that changed”, and charged me 8$ for everything plus tax when it shouldve been only 3$. With no sympathy for people. Another occasion there was a jacket listed for 20$!!!! i tried bargaining, because its the summer 100 degree weather, and offered 10$ and they wouldnt take it, which is fine. It just shows you these workers are rough and Greedy people. I would 1000% question yourself before making donations or shopping here. These workers representing the catholic church (st.anne) are making innocent people struggling trying to buy affordable clothes look bad. On a trip to italy, in a small town, my families town, alvignano, everywhere i went the bakers gave us free things, and made us feel like home.I hope the management does something about this amen 🙏.

I used to shop there on the weekend, just to see what they have. During Covid, they closed the bathroom down, I went in today with my granddaughter to look around, she needed to use the bathroom, I was told they were not going to have a public bathroom anymore. They want you to shop but don't even have a bathroom, left my items and just left, won't shop again at this place.

Blessed to have been helped by the entire staff that work here, my family and I are new to FL and the service we got from the Manager and the entire staff Lizzy, Kathy, Nancy and everyone who was their today was the biggest blessing my husband and family have received since we moved into the area. I can't wait to stop by again to see them again and continue to shop for things. Looking forward to be able to volunteer in the future when am able to settle in better.

seems okay it is very rarely crowded here ... remember, it's a thrift store
I honestly don't know. I have always dropped off. If the furniture and other items are in good condition, they will sell it
Tons of kitchen appliances and on occasion they do have a stove, fridge or washer/dryer. I'd suggest calling first. (Then try Habitat's Restore)
