Ms. Judy was a joy to work with, and I personally believe She is the reason the whole operation has not caved in yet. The person acting as manager (tica) should seriously take courses or refresher training in business, communication, and learn the root of common courtesy. Mí Familia decided to go with a better fit, and she was extremely unprofessional. No paper work had been signed, and there was no walk through or anything. Her sarcasm, and condescending actions further confirmed the right decision was made. Blessings to Ms. Judy for All You do. Prayerfully, Tica will learn from you.

I moved here 2 months ago, beautiful place to live and love my apt, miss Tica and miss Iris are so wonderful management. Its a wonderful place to live. The people here are so nice to meaning the other tenets.

I have lived at Irongate for almost 12 years. I really enjoy the quiet neighborhood, being close to I-75, and the staff at Irongate is wonderful. The apartments and grounds are well maintained. There is always coffee in the community room and a fair amount of planned activities. It's a nice place to live.

These apartments would be 5 stars if they could get decent on-site managers. Maintenance always kind & does good job. There is a waiting list to get in.

Yes they have, but they have a waiting list right now my mom will be left her apartment soon it is a room, but as I told you there is a waiting list

You have to go there. But they are really strick and in my opinion, they hassle the people about repairs and maintenance, charging extra for everything they would have to do. My mom has been there for over 3 years and it is not fun. Just thought you should know.

Unfortunately you must be 55+ if you are by yourself or at least one of the residents living in the apartment must be 55+ and no children under 18.
