The absolute WORST!!!!!!! They violate you for everything. Today was trash day so I put my trash can out. Violation. Had the tiniest patch of dirt under the tree out front because it didn’t get enough sun. Violation. All they want is $$$ like any HOA but these guys take the cake. AVOID RIVERBEND!!! They are horrible to their community!!!!

My children enjoy the amenities Center at Riverbend community and the last couple of years it is a lot to be desired and this community deserves a round of applause

I have been a resident of River Bend for 10 years and waited eagerly for construction of this center. It has truly been a let down. Never know when there will be someone in the office. Geared for and run by the older crowd(retiries). Not at ALL kid friendly. Exercise room leaves much to be desired. I lived in apartment complexes 20 years ago with nicer exercise equipment and much more room. There have been multiple problems with the pool and they tore down the basketball court due to its attraction of "troublesome kids." Sadly disappointed.
