This place has been a nightmare to work with! They do not disclose on their website that they are a 55+ community. We booked a week long stay here before being made aware of this. We had to cancel, we called within 12 hours of booking the stay (2+ days before we wanted to checkin) and they did not return phone calls for 3+ days, after our stay was to begin. They charged my credit card and when I called to see why (I spoke to Debbie) I was told they charge upon booking and they do not refund and there was nothing they could do.

Went to look at a unit that was for sale, very small RV park. Not sure of cost but it has a pool not much else.

Mostly a good , well kept park except the shuffle board court which is full of holes and the horse shoe pits are a mess.. We wanted to play but couldn’t! Frustrating when we pay good money to pay for rent for our lot.

We arrived Saturday of a 3 day holiday weekend. Saturday night the breaker outside kicked off while we were away and came back to a camper of 91 degrees. Throughout the 3day weekend, the breaker kept kicking off, multiple times during the day and night. On Labor Day, the breaker was shot and we had no power at all. Tuesday morning when the office opened, we spoke with the manager. All she could say was "it's fixed now, isn't it?" She really couldn't have cared less about the huge inconvenience it caused us all weekend. We paid for service that they did not provide and she just didn't care. To make a bad weekend worse, Mon morning we got a call that a member of our immediate family passed away. We need to leave early. They will not give us any refund. VERY UNCARING. They just want your money.

At least through last winter they didn't raise the rates during winter. Rates were $450+elec (mth to mth) $330+elec (6 mth lease) $261+elec (12 mth lease).

Viviana, This is a 55+ community per Federal Fair Housing guidelines. As February 2020 we have over 90% 55 or older currently on the property. We are under new ownership and are making many new improvements including: - Resurfaced our pool and installed a brand new heater - New pool furniture and vinyl fence around pool - Repaving the streets of the entire community as of Feb 18th, 2020 - Brand new 60inch flatscreen in the clubhouse - Security system that monitors the property 24/7 Many more improvements are to come...
