The office staff is nice except for Annette. She is awful. She is rude and unfriendly. My niece was buying a property on the 21 and up side and Annette told her that she was NOT EVEN GOING TO SUBMIT HER APPLICATION to corporate because she didn't believe she was buying it herself that her dad was buying it for her. She also flat out told her that they didn't like young people in the park and that she wouldn't approve her dog which is a min pin of about 7 pounds. Keep in mind, one of the maintenance guys that lives onsite has a pitbull. I love all animals and could not care less what kind of dog he has but shouldn't the rules apply to everyone? This young lady has saved money for over three years living at home to finally buy something. She can't afford an actual house but doesn't want to throw her money away renting. She is smart, she is a college honors student and is quiet and shy. She has a credit score over 720. Doesn't even have a boyfriend. Annette went on to accuse her of the possibility that she might have people stay with her. Her family all live in another state and I already have a place. Will her family visit within the time constraints? I certainly hope so. This place is run like a prison not an RV park. No where else was she tested like this and if Robert was still manager here, I am sure that would not have been allowed. But she is being discriminated against because she is young? Or is that the only reason?? Funny that another Wilder owned park approved her in only 2 days with no problem. I am taking this all the way up the chain. Not letting this one go. Seems like a very good discrimination case. Looking for attorneys in the area.

Lot lease for full-time residents runs just slightly less than $500.00 a month. You can save 5% by paying a full year in advance and use either cash or check but not credit card.

They have park owned rental and person owned rentals those are usually posted on a board at the park. I would Google the park and see if that gives a Web site. Good luck. Most of the unites seem to be 1 bed 1 bath. If you have an rv they have sites
Is there empty campers ,can rent, buy, looking to be snowbirds, i got one here, ? Buying one there, or bringing ours
Not sure about maintenance u would have to call the office. I think they have a girl in the park that cleans the bathrooms during season.
You can ride in the park and they have a 1/4 mile nature trail you can bike on. The main road we are located on is not a busy road...so you can ride down to several waterways.
