Nothing for rent

Are you allowed to live there all year round or is it seasonal ? I am thinking of selling my Mobil Home, too big for just myself and buy a travel trailer. But I want to be able to park it permanently and stay in it all year round.

My parents live there but yes it is a 55+ park if you are close to that they will work with you im sure bein by your self. To answer your question though yes you are allowed to stay year round

We are 51, in 53 of age. Does that mean we miss out the 55 plus range? Does the community allow dogs? And if so, what's the size range?

This is a 55 + park. Not a lot of activities until November. They have spots to accommodate you and your rig if they are not promised or booked. You would have too contact Margaret.
