DRIVERS! Be prepared to wait an exuberant amount of time for your loads! They are also slow checking in and out!
Jose Gonzalez
They are never ready at the time they tell you to be here. Wait time at least 2 hours.

I love working in this company and they have many benefits, but we would like the salary to be more

No nursery and everyone does everything fast paced. I know some people does not like working at Amazon but it's the best job I have ever had!
They have day and night shift 10 hour shifts morming shift starts at 7: 30 ends at 6pm night shift starts at 6;30 ends at 5am 4 days a week and 3 days off.
MCO5 located in Davenport, FL (near I4 & Hwy27) has part time positions available year round. Also some of the SmallSites - Prime Now and Delivery Stations - have part time positions as well. If MCO5 is too far away, you may want to look into these options in the Tampa Area. I hope this helps.
Probably. Not year one entry level. They actually take good care of their employees. For the most part the people you hear complaining about working for Amazon are the people who want to get paid to just show up. If you have good work ethic they will take care of you.
You can't park on site but there's access roads where plenty of truck set and rest and sleep
If you're an employee you have to email HR.
My understanding is the starting salary is $11/HR for a day shift and either $11.50 or $12 for an overnight shift depending on the days worked.

No Amazon in Ruskin doesn't have DSP...It's a distribution center only...
Yes, sometimes. Depending on the reason they were terminated.
No, we only prepare the packages there, no deliveries from this facility, only big trailers...
I did it directly on the Amazon.com jobs page and I am very happy to work with the company. Many employment agencies offer you work with Amazon do it directly with Amazon the process can take about 2 weeks but the wait is worth EXCELLENT benefits !!! Good luck Rixy.
There is a breakroom in every amazon building that has drinks, snacks & cold cut sandwiches supplied by vending companies
Some packages you can and some not. You can either go through the website or call the customer service number and you will be walked through the next steps.
Hillsborough
Not sure but there are quite a few just minutes from the facility. Most of my friends have their kids there. Research schools in ruskin/apollo beach area
I'm not quite sure about the answer to this question, but I do know that I was having issues with a few of the paperwork that's needed before your Day 1 and I spoke to a real person that wasn't foreign that helped me out. But keep trying to get through.
You can submit a transfer quest or shift change after 30 days from your day 1 hire date.
Shorts are acceptable? Tennis shoes are okay?
www.amazon.jobs
No
As long as you can understand instructions
Have to search it on the website amazon.com
Online Amazon Logistics.com
It's not worth it, I would only use this job as an exteme last result. It's on par with Walmart in it's pay, worker respect, and benefits.
We only have tours for family members, once a year.
Probably. I'd check online often, the listings go quickly. But be advised, while the pay is very attractive ($15 an hour) the work can be soul crushing. You do you, but just be advised
I really need to learn Spanish
There's an online application available at amazon.jobs.
Yes, you need tons of insurance, and at least 4 trucks.
Yes, they should. You should reach out to human resources to confirm.
Yes. You are correct
Yes, you can apply for the warehouse online, and for driver on Amazon flex app..
Google how to sell your product through Amazon
Amazon.force.com. worldwide postings
You can pick Lakeland or Ruskin. But if you walk to the center, it would be better. One side of the building is reserved for recruitment. Note: it's really slow lately (they have center now everywhere), you may not have a lot of time to make money. You can decide to stay to work, but if there is no work and you performance rate is down, you can still get fired. They don't care.
Wrong it is https://www.amazon.jobs/en
The AR Drives bring pods to the picker so they can pick the items out of the pods.
No. It is not 'that kinda' warehouse.
I think you can log back in and have a live chat with an Amazon HR person. They will be able to help you.
Yes now its the best time..
Customer service support.
Whatever you said dont fall for the tricks
It would depend on what part of the week it is. If it's the first half, usually Marcus or if it's the back half of the week Shane.
You can always apply online (at amazon.jobs I believe) they often hire seasonal and fulltime employees starting around this time
Sorry, no espanol (puedo leer pero no hablar/escribir bien :-( ); use Google Translate, please. They are hiring only a few part-time fulfillment associates now, from what I can see on job boards. This is not their big hiring season; best time to look for jobs there is around Christmastime. Good luck.
Please call and ask.
If you are talking about a clamp forklift then yes there are 2 in operation right now. The regular OPs are there as well using cages.
There are many positions, but you won't know what you get until after your orientation the day you start work. Some of the positions are: Inbound: Receive, where you receive items from trucks and take them out of their boxes. Inbound stow, where you enter the items onto pods (4 sided shelves) carried by little robots called Kivas. Outbound (starts 30 minutes after Inbound shifts): There is outbound stow as well Pick, as in picking items from the pods that were stowed to be sent to be packed and mailed to customers. There are many pack paths: AFE, or multi item packing, and Singles, which is single item packing. There is also vender returns (exactly what it sounds like) and damage land (where items markedas damaged are taken care of). There is Ship Dock, where they sort the boxes and put them onto trucks. There are many many jobs to do at Amazon but those are the main general departments and what they do there.
Amazon does not have a phone number. They will contact you by email
Yes as long as it's over 7 to 10 years
There's a delay of shipments from this location. The earliest is Sept 18, the average is Sept 20th
