Yes, I shop there all the time! You can also pick up online orders before they are delivered. Just walk through the main entrance and let the security know.
Someone is trying to waste your time. I have been working here for 3 years and you absolutely cannot walk up to purchase something whether or not you bought it online in advance or not.

I don't think Ruskin has like some places have pick up boxes out side of the buildings but not here you can't just shop there at all.
Best thing to do is go online to the site and ask they do not have a store on the premises I go there often making delivery's in my line of work
