Call customer service and ask go to the main menu contact customer service
You CANNOT pick up something you've ordered at the Ruskin Fulfillment Center. I wish you could be it's absolutely not allowed.
Picking up at amazon is better if you cannot wait.
Assuming you mean packages, yes you can go pick them up earlier there before they are shipped.
