Great chill place to stay. 35 and up so no kids no loud noises and very friendly folks all around. No theft so far in my stay. No pool or other things for expenses to be crazy. Highly recomend

No they don't if you have your own rv they allow you to become a permanent resident
Are small dogs allowed and do you take a travel trailer 28ft and a2005 model? It is clean and in good shape.
