Can not say enough great things about Champion Storage. The owners operate, maintain, and live on the property. The transaction was well organized and professional. The facility was very clean and secure. Other facilities in the area may have been less expensive, but they were dirty, buggy, and the ceilings in the units were falling down! I highly recommend Champion! Worth every penny to store our valuable items! Thank you, Alice!

We got a storage unit at this facility last year and we paid a whole year in advance. We relocated and decided to close out our storage before the year was up and that left champion storage owing us close too $400 in a refund. The manager told us it would take 6 weeks for us to receive a refund and that was about 3 months ago and we have yet too receive this refund. I have called several times and nobody ever answers my call and when I leave a voice-mail to receive a call back nobody ever returns my calls. I would suggest not using this storage facility because if they owe you any refunds you'll play hell to receive it and management will ignore your calls. Maybe we should start charging them interest everyday like they would do too us if we owed them any money. This is not a very polite way to treat customers that consistently paid ontime and made sure this company got there money for the services we used

I have rented a 20x20 climate controlled storage facility from Champion Storage in Ruskin for just over 4 yrs. The staff is always helpful. Alice is the best !! Helpful for everything including U Haul rentals. Nothing but great things to say about this place and would 100% recommend it to everybody. Very clean. .very well kept. Great management
