A great place to live!! Have not had any issues living here. Been here almost a year. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a one or two bedroom place in the area. It’s nice and quiet. The people are nice and the staff is great. Haven’t had any pest issues, very little noise coming through the walls from other apartments ( unlike the newer apartments), air conditioner works great no helps keeps energy prices low. Only thing I recommend is a few bigger washers and a way to get quarters or be able to use cards at the laundry area.

I’ve been living here for a year , best place I’ve ever lived at !! The maintenance & managers are the BEST !! They move in a timely manner and they are very helpful ( even with rent ). Anything I need fixed is fixed in a timely manner , I don’t have to wait for anything to be fixed or the filters changed!! They are very very helpful the best apartment complex I’ve lived at in years!! Keep up the good work ! If your looking for a nice quiet place where everyone minds there’s business LOOK NO FURTHER there right here !! Best place ever.

I also have been trying to get in contact with someone about renting. I have called 3 days in a row and no answer just transfer and voicemail. I have cash in hand and ready to move in but how when nobody will contact me. It seems nice and a quiet little area but you have to fight to get a response back. At first I was a bit skeptical of the new owners as they had a lot of workers walking around all the time. But they have been great so far. Fixing several items for everyone, paving the parking lot and now putting on roofs. It nice to see a landlord who actually cares.
