"open 24 hours"...tell that to the employees that put an "OPEN AT 5 AM" sign on the door

This location is not open on weekdays from 4:30am-5:30am. It is supposed to be open 24 hours but, every time I’ve been there during these hours, the front door is locked and there are no employees inside.

Stopped for restrooms and ice cream. All Ice creams were liquid not frozen. The frozen yogurt was probably 60% frozen. Toppings area was a mess and all toppings were melted and what was left in the containers was very little not enough for anything. Restrooms blocked off, which compared to everything else was the least of the concern. Went to stand in line, as there were two lines and two workers at both registers. One cashier said in a snide way, “I don’t know why y’all are in two lines there’s only one line “ laughed, and did not indicate which line would be the “correct” line as there were TWO workers at each register. Then became frustrated after asking for a lottery ticket. Overall this experience was very poor and while I’m hopeful other workers enjoy their job here the staff at 5pm did not

We are frequent customers to this establishment. All around CLEAN store, well maintained inside and out. Cleanliness is the only reason I choose this location. As for the night shift supervisor and staff, they need attitude adjustments and possibly should learn how to treat ALL customers properly. Judging and mistreating customers isn’t good for business. I felt very unwelcome, nobody should ever have to experience that.
