Boat was damaged with forklift, they declined to fix or even cancel my remaining 4 months of lease term. Their solution was process a claim thru my insurance which I will not do to avoid a premium increase specially when it was clearly their fault. I pulled my boat out of this marina to get fixed , total repair was $2900.00 now paying monthly for a storage rack i'm not using. Very disappointed with the WE DONT CARE about your boat or the fact that they don't take responsibility for wrongful handling. BUYER BEWARE!! If anyone doubts, I will take the time to post pics of the damages.

New review- We have never had a problem at Shell Point. We were nervous about the new owners, especially reading the statements written in the comments section. Here is what we have expirenced: We were notified of rate per sqft adjustments. They are now about the same as just about everywhere else in the southshore area. When we initially joined I am not sure our boat was actually measured as they asked us the overall length, as our boat was brand new we supplied the measurement from the vendor. We were told all boats were remeasured by the new owners. Our measurement hasn't changed, so looks like they use the same measuring practices our vendor does. We had one misunderstanding on (our part), and it was mitigated by staff immediately. The staff has always been super friendly, of course we love our folklift operators for always taking care of the boats and going the extra mile to ensure no damage occurs. The highlights recently: -More staff! Its nice to have the extra hands when you're coming in and out of the marina. -More parking! For the first time in two years we were able to decide midday on a busy Saturday to go out. The removal of the trailer storage to increase parking provides way more access to actually use our boat on a weekend. -The overall improvements of the property make it visually appealing and safer. -The updated docks are great. -The wash rack with available power and water is vastly improved. Former review- Love the staff at the Marina. Rebecca is awesome. Roger and Dave are so friendly and helpful. They've taken such great care of our boat and ensure it's always ready when we want it. Have had such wonderful experience at this marina.

The new owner Tom great people I know myself I have a lot of respect for him has great plans for the marina Great people and a great place to keep your boat go have fun on the water come back dock your boat go do something else they take very good care of your boat awesome place

Great experience! Beautiful location. Paula and Malia and everyone could not have nicer or more helpful!!! We're novice boaters and they were more than willing to help us out! Highly recommend. We live in St Pete and the drive was well worth it. Thank you!!!
