The worst experience of my life!! I mean my life, nearly had a heart attack in the chair!! I spent 3 days in hospital I tried to explain that my Cardiologist insisted that I would have to be sedated during extractions. I am still waiting......I paid $6000.00 out of pocket for my top dentures. Now more out of pocket money even though I have insurance that covers dentures as well as a $4000.00 rider to make sure I wouldn't have to pay anything!!! Stay away, your life may depend on it! Now I am left with no bottom dentures.! All Aspen Dental cares about is $$$$$. Sorry only goes so far!!! Is that going to help me? No it isn't. You should refund all of the money I spent there, that would help me!! If you the owner are concerned you know how to reach me, just look up all the Credit Cards I used, shouldn't be too hard!!! You leave me no option, I will be retaining an attorney!! I was assured I would have a refund!

The doctors and staff are always great. I’ve been 6-7 times over the year and get treated good. The teeth work is pretty great too!

If you stop being seen and you have dentures that brake under warranty your warranty will be held hostage until u pay for an exam 240$ while it did let me know of other issues it was not necessary to have denture fixed Another corporate scam to force you to give over money but when u do the tech to fix them isn’t available until after they close. So either leave dentures with them over. Weekend and not eat or brake them more over next three days under normal use. Absolutely no communication and no forward thinking with no willingness to come up with acceptable compromise. You get one star only because I can’t blame employees I dealt with who are nice zero isn’t an option. You will never get a penny from me again I can only hope, wish they would reach out but one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing.also thanks for making my vacation and holiday memorable for the wrong reason

Great staff, especially Miranda(the only name I got) ! I did wait a while for the doctor after seeing the hygienist. She was also sweet. The doctor was quick but I understood it was busy and getting late to close. I appreciate the staff taking care of me from beginning to end & look forward to coming back to get my teeth back in shape and to see everyone again.
