THE ABSOLUTE WORST IN THE LOGISTICS BUSINESS!!! I would never personally select this company for my logistics transportation needs. They set a delivery appointment up with me when my item was not even at the warehouse, as I was told later. Then set another appointment, again before my item was there, again later told in a separate phone call. Then set an appointment for the next day telling me that the item is definitely in their warehouse and would be be delivered the next day. Then status updated online to "out for delivery", then later it changed to "trailer arrived at terminal". Called customer service and was told that I wasn't available. I was supposed to get a call or text from the driver and never did. Called again and they didn't know where my item was. They took some time to find where it was and would give me a call back to let me know the status of my delivery. Never received a call like back like they said they would and they were not able to get it on a truck so going on to week 2 of their shenanigans and I have yet another appointment set. Never seen logistics this poor in my life! Hopefully they get it right this time.

Super helpful! Was able to come pickup my order early. All the staff was super friendly and went above and beyond. From the front desk to the warehouse crew. Top notch experience.
