Ordered ATK 3.0 L 1FZ-FE Toyota crate engine from Jegs/ATK through my Toyota dealer for replacememt. Engine arrived with incorrect oil pump and didn't have mounting stud for power steering pump. Completely wrong form factor on the pump. Jegs/ATK didn't cover oil pump cost. Engine installed and upon starting, it had a rear main bearing seal leak. Toyota mechanic had to remove the car's transmission to replace the defective main bearing seal. Jegs/ATK wouldn't cover it via warranty. Now, it's been nearly two months and no core charge refund or notice from them. If I had to do it again, I'd pick another engine remanufacturer. ATK doesn't honor their warranty and produces an inferior product. The Toyota dealer will never buy another engine from ATK.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! They do Not stand behind their warranty. Bought a replacement engine for almost $4,000 with a 3 year, unlimited mile warranty. Just less then a year later and it's bad. Nothing but games and no return phone calls back with the warranty company. This place is a joke!

Purchased a rebuilt engine (through my installer) for my 2004 F150 5.4L. Had had nothing but problems with the engine from day one. Truck has been back to the shop at least 5 times with them checking various things and changing out parts. Nothing helped, continuing to get dry starts. It's a matter of time before the engine fails prematurely. The truck is a daily driver, each time it goes to the shop I have to arrange for alternate transportation. As someone can imagine after spending $6,000 dollars for presumably a newly rebuilt engine, I'm not happy. I don't usually write reviews but usually read them. Went with this company because of the recommendation of my installer. My mistake, hope others will learn from it.

This company does not honor their warranty, this engine was installed by a professional. Not overheated, temperature tabs were still intact, block deck was clearly not flat. 2.7litre Toyota. After they inspected the engine, they claimed this was caused by a spark or fueling problem. 6k miles on the engine. After new engine there has been no spark or fuel issues. Do Not Purchase anything from this company.
