Well to start there was dog food, yes I said dog food all over the carpet ( someone must have snuck in a dog and no one vacuumed). The toilet would run for 15 min after flushing. NO SOAP in the shower! when I asked for some they said the entire hotel was out of the liquid soap in the shower and brought me a tiny bar, like too small to use. The AC started to smell after a while and I woke up stuffed, and with a sore throat ( been out of that room for a few hours now and I feel fine). disappointing.

Positive: Clean safe quiet, great staff, cold days enjoy the hot chocolate bar by the fireplace and for summer days it easy to relax by the pool. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone with great coffee and tea. Truly a value for the price! Negative: Repeat customer and it¿s a favorite place in the area!

Positive: Absolutely nothing. Guest service was terrible upon checking in I asked the clerk what they had for breakfast and he stated that he wouldn¿t know that. I would think if you work for a hotel you would know what they serve for breakfast. Negative: The staff were terrible. They didn¿t offer housekeeping for the 5 day stay we had. Our comforter had dried blood stains and was covered up with a sheet on top of it. Wallpaper was coming off walls. Bathroom light was all rusted. Tub looked about 20 yrs
