Mrs. Connie. I want to start this off by saying during the entire process I have been nothing but cordial and respectful to you and Mrs. Peña. I must admit that this has been one of the most stressful unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had while doing business. From when I showed up at 8 a.m. like you and I agreed to. After waiting there for an hour with no response I left and headed back home towards Dallas where I live. After getting halfway back you responded so I turned around and drove back to Grand Prairie. We finished the job and sat around for hours waiting on the other cars and the payment. After doing the work you then directed us to Mrs. Peña to get payment. Normally whoever I make the arrangements with is the person that makes payment. We also receive payment at the time services rendered are finished. Mrs Peña has shown no sense of urgency to make payments at no time. The reason I am reaching out to you is in hope that you will do the right thing in assisting me to get paid. Mrs Penas phone is forwarding my call to to voicemail so I have no way to reach her. I am a single black man that subjects himself to washing cars to make a living. I have kids to take care of and bills to pay. If you cannot reach Mrs Peña or help me reach her please put me in contact with someone that can assist me in getting my money. Human Resources. CEO, CFO or someone. I really need my money so that I can move forward. I do not mean this in a disrespectful way so please do not take it that way but I need my money asap.
