Disappointed, whole reason I booked to stay here, was for the pool and the hot tub. Neither one is open. So much for a romantic, nights stay with my Husband, Anniversary weekend.. Their system needs to be updated, cause when I booked online, it did not state that pool and hot tub would be closed.. Refund me...

Positive: The bed was comfortable. Negative: When I arrived I was told that I "booked" the jacuzzi suite (which I did not, but it was their only room available). They said that I needed to give them $100 cash refundable deposit AND a major credit card. They had to inspect the room in the a.m.

Decent spot to stay! Was traveling across country and stopped in Jackson. This hotel had good ratings and offered a double room (with door in between which we needed). Received one room with full bed other had two doubles. Hotel was decent in decor. Rooms were better. Mattresses comfy. The hotel had a weird odor and the cleansing spray used I wasn’t a fan of the scent but I could tell it was an attempt of freshening the air. Place was busy in the lobby upon check in. Plenty of parking. Saddened the nice sized indoor pool nor fitness center were open, but understood it happens. Convenient location to all the near by food places and if you name it you could locate it nearby. Overall would stay again!

Best date night I and my wife have had in years. Very clean and orderly room and service was humble and respectful. Jacuzzi worked in the room and the water was very hot. I'd give a 9 out of only because it was a little pricey considering
