They helped me first by assigning me a counslor who in the very first appt got my bipolar under control. Thank heavens, and bless her because you don't realize alot of your drama is caused by your untreated bypolar. .Then you start your therapy sessions and as you talk you let alot of it out hon, you begin to feel less stressed and so much more relaxed and life becomes fun again. Hope yhis helps.
