It is hard to rate a company that is running on empty. But I will say they work hard when the funds are there. I just wish the hotline would answer the calls and at least take info. Everyone is short handed these days and I think Tn. needs to step their game up before suicide and crime rate goes up higher.

This place is absolute Joke. We were suppose to be called in Monday or Tuesday. I have 2 kids and pregnant, homeless and on Thursday they claim they have no funds to help. So we remain homeless. And no this is not incorrect information. This review based on the Jackson, TN office.

I have been beyond patient this is the 5th day and I had to call the center back. Please be transparent about the help. I have had to send my son back with family. Madison County please learn how to properly answer questions. The diversity in this county is horrible. If I am told 72 hours please take 72 hours again this is day 5. I understand many are without but I should not have to call back for help 2 days past the time frame.

The ones in Tent City, perhaps overnighters, passing thru town going somewhere. I lived in Gainesville, Fl for 33 yrs and volunteered for a time off n on at the local shelter. I watched it grow.

I lived there in Tennessee. I tried to get help from them once when I was homeless and they told me they couldn't help cause i didn't have a job and I had a friend that would help with a place to rent if I could get help paying the first months rent. They only help if it helps them in return.
