My recent experience with the purchase and delivery of a beautiful pre-owned piano from Piano Showcase was extraordinary. The owner, Mark, was sincerely interested in providing outstanding service and even came to my home in Weston along with the delivery crew. I called several times recently, left messages and the owner will not return calls. I called back a third time just to give them a chance and the owner was very unprofessional, disorganized and unethical. It's like trying to find someone to tune the piano expecting someone of class because of the piano interest. This business has no class. I was embarrassed for him. I'm not sure how anyone could give a 4 or 5 star review honestly. I wish I could give a zero star review.
