Jackson VA Clinic

I've been going to this VA Clinic for quite some time. At first I had problems with the counselors and then with the video conference's with the quack doctor that paid attention to the phone more than you. I quit going for a while until they moved into the new place. My doctor has always been super supportive and helpful. Things are getting a little better there. Glad I don't have to drive all the way to Memphis.

I'll have my first experience today. I don't want or like Jackson. Update: after seeing the Dr at the jackson VA clinic I can honestly say the Dr really is a professional. I should have held off on the review. It turned out to being a solid place. The Dr a REALLY CARING PROFESSIONAL!!

Just completed my first visit to Jackson VA Clinic..it was a great experience from the front door till my visit was over..Very professional people and courteous at all times..even my lab tech was great. Thank you Jackson.

Some of the folks are great and do excellent work. The blood draw was the best experience as they treat you right and do their job correctly. The Dr. was new there and his assistant treated me like I had some kind of a contagious disease. A large part of the problem is the rules they have to follow. It is confusing, not convenient if you have a job (they want you to drive to Memphis for other specialist several times when a local Dr can meet the needs), they still don't allow local care, and you speak to a different person every time often given false information. They had my spouse in tears as she tried to figure out a solution. It easier to pay out of pocket if you can and find a local Dr. I pray for those needing healing that they find people able to give them the care they need.
