Great for the entire family! I have been with Dr. Hatten for 25 years and he shows interest in my children and takes time with my family. When I go to the office it feels like family from the second I walk in the door and see Anna. They hang on to the same staff, which I like. I trust them especially through these difficult times! They are great with covid testing and telehealth. Everything is kept current!

If you have even a small balance they will not treat you. I'm wondering how that's even legal. The old lady who answers the phone is extremely rude.

Well to begin Vicky is very rude as a receptionist my wife went in to urgent care was in office and was talking to her as they just opened for the night, had a question in the mean time 7 others got there for the self check-in which was not available when she first got there so my wife was number 2 in line well then Vicky told her she had to go to the back of the line And wait. Then argued with my wife what copay was soy with just went and paid the 120 when on the card it says 25 for urgent care Co pay.
