My experience at Smart Honda Des Moines was, by far, the best new car buying experience I've ever had. The car I wanted wasn't available. Put down a deposit, the car was ordered and delivered in less than 8 weeks. The pick up and financial paperwork process took less than an hour, including the time it took to assess my trade in. If I had questions during the wait for delivery, my emails were answered quickly. Every person I worked with was friendly and accommodating. Thank you to Todd Decker and everyone at Smart Honda.

Everybody there couldn't have been more helpful. They were great to work with. There was a delay with my insurance reimbursement on my hail damaged car and they were very accommodating. .

The entire car buying process from start to finish was very quick compared to other experiences I have had in the past. I was out the door from the time I test drove the car to leaving with it in less than two hours. The salesman explained the car features thoroughly. The financing process was quick and straightforward. I wish the finance rep would have asked about my options for specialty plates so I didn’t have to request them separately.

Bought cars from them a couple weeks ago, masks and solo test drives. Clean cars in between drivers.
We usually have extras in the shop but to be safe it would be best to give us a call and schedule an appointment so we can make sure we have the right air bags when you come in.

The blue windshield washer fluid freezes at a higher temp than it used to. Try the yellow Prestone stuff from NAPA or Walmart.
Under service on their website it says like $530 or something like that
I'm sure they can they are experts at what they do
Wrong place to ask. On a side note, buy a 2018 instead, they have improved a lot.
