Unwilling to show any empathy to refill propane. After trying a few places who were out of propane I called this Uhaul to ask if they have propane. They immediately placed me on hold and I drove over from Coral Springs. Was on hold for about 20 minutes and I arrived there before they would pick up. I go into the store and one of the workers at the counter is eating his lunch. He had to put away his lunch so that I can ask if I pay for propane inside, he said go outside first then come inside to pay. I go outside to the propane refill area and only one man was ahead go me getting his tank filled. The Uhaul worker told me that he's going to STOP filling after helping this man because it is about to rain. There were clouds in the area but it did not even begin to rain until 30 minutes after. The could've have shown some empathy when I told him that I went to several places before them and drove 20 minutes and they couldn't even tell me that over the phone just place me on hold. I've been there several times and am aware of their policy and even stood out there in the rain with an umbrella to get my propane tank refilled. He was unwilling to budge before on drop of rain fell. Terrible customer service all around!

We left an item in our van rental. Unfortunately we did not realize it till after closing hours. When we called back the next day the girl Bria told me that nobody that worked the day before was there so she had no clue and was probably in the dumpster and I would need to come look in the dumpster. Worst attitude ever. So I get here and it's damaged and in the dumpster. I did have two very polite gentlemen help me when I arrived I wish I'd gotten their names so I could mention them directly. Poor customer service I do understand that probably a lot of people leave garbage in their vehicles but that's why people clean them. Also a phone call would have been great customer service. We have used this exact location for many years and have spent quite a bit of money at this location it stinks that what employee can kill a customer s support.

This facility has to be the best facility I’ve ever worked with. Angel Ramos and Miranda Perkins are incredible to work with. They always have inventory and materials ready. I’m thankful for their business

I rented a motorcycle trailer on Sunday 7/31/22. Even though there were multiple people needing assistance while I was there, Matthew went out of his way attend to me. He was courteous, efficient, and well-spoken. He noticed that themthe system was over-charging me and made sure to correct it, without my promting him. When I ran into an issue with my tow hitch, Matthew once again stepped in to save the day by allowing me to use a loaner hitch they had on-hand for these types of things. I'm truly grateful that Matthew was working that day!
