Yesterday I took a friend to try the snacks and check out how Brazil Mart was after the expansion. We ordered two drumsticks, a kibe and a meat pie with cheese. The kibe was dry and looked like it was burnt inside, inedible!! The meat in the pastry just had no taste, it felt like plastic and the pastry was all greasy. Coxinhas ok, I asked the attendant if I could heat it up and she said no. According to the attendant, there was no more sugarcane juice. Terrible service, I tried to talk to the attendant but she was more concerned with talking to the other attendant. When it was time to pay, I used Apple Pay and instead of giving me the screen to put if I wanted to give tips, the attendant herself - in her face and with all the agility - selected 20% of tips and didn't offer me the receipt. I left feeling ashamed of having taken my friend to eat there, and totally disappointed. For the attendant on the 18/06th, closing the establishment and who thinks she is very smart…. Focus on improving the service you deliver because it's the best way to evolve, $5 of tips tricking someone won't get you anywhere. I hope Brazil mart can review the quality of the products, I went 2 months ago and the reality was very different.
