Do not rent a boat from them! We paid $800 to rent a pontoon for a birthday celebration late in the season, and never left the marina due to storms. After leaving multiple messages, I finally reached Brandon to inquire about rolling the reservation to next season or getting a refund since we never used the boat, and was rudely told, “no, that’s against policy.” When I tried to reason with him about “policy,” he said it was my choice to not take the boat into a severe thunderstorm and became increasingly rude, lecturing me on “personal responsibility.” I understand keeping a security deposit but keeping $800 for a service that was never provided shows a complete lack of regard for their customers.

Can-do attitude. Great hospitality. Thank you Heather and all of the crew for your hospitality. Best marina on Percy Priest lake, thanks to all of you.

Great atmosphere but the food was not good and neither was the drinks. It’s a shame because of the atmosphere. They should get a new cook and that place would be wonderful.

I love kayaking in the protected cove of Hurricane Creek.

Yes. I would say as long as your pet is vaccinated. There are ducks there that claim that area so they tend to make a bit if a mess. Everyone brings need to feed them and interact with them. I see dogs playing and jumping in the water there all the time. They just need to be friendly with the ducks.
They are open 7 days a week as long as it's in season
Four Corners RV Resort does rent fifth wheel campers and aqua lodges.
Go to the marina and speak with management
All the marina services are still shut down. Even the bathrooms are still locked at most of the parks that are open. I guess it's their way of saying " we are open but dont stay long". Lol
Never been there that early. Best will be to call them. Hope they do...
The marina has a gated trailer lot available on site.
It is open now but I think only weekends
So stays in the water
Usually not in the winter time but in the spring and summer they will charge a boat ramp fee
