Started service in Jan and that was a horrible startup on its own, but to see that between then and now they have increased “environmental fees” over $10 in that short amount of time is maddening. Every bill goes up and I don’t want to hear anything about the ThE eCoNomY because those numbers actually fluctuate not just INCREASE. Seems like you all scam customers by recovering your losses via these ambiguous, upward only fees. Do better because you are highly aware of what you are doing so save the canned responses and stop taking advantage of customers.

Only use WM if you love throwing increasing amounts of money away. They raise their prices almost monthly at this point and it is ridiculous. I'm sick of companies passing off the price of doing business onto their customers. Their costs increase and to protect their profits they just force their customers to pick up the slack. My paycheck doesn't increase because gas is high or groceries are high. Why am I also expected to pick up the tab when it comes to services that we need for community health? Just so we can read another report at the end of the year that states how all of these companies recorded profits for yet another year. Yeah I'm done. I'd rather sit in line at the dump than continue to pad the pockets of a CEO who doesn't care that us "lowly" folks are out here struggling.
