Ordered in stock items only to have 90 % of out items go out of stock before delivery. Terrible communication and customer service. Would not recommend if you actually want furniture.

For stores located in states where they have mandated the use of masks in public, we will follow with those set guidelines. We are a fever-free zone. All of our team members are checked for fever using touchless thermometers at the start of every shift. This is our policy and we are dedicated to abiding by it.
They pretty much deliver when they want to. They dont even confirm your furniture till 2 days before your delivery date. So if another store gets it first they just keep pushing your date back.
They they work off commission of course they are more than happy to show you anything you want to see but that also comes with high pressure
