This Plato's Closet has gone downhill. Their clothing selection is not what it was. They use to have a lot of good selection of clothes that were in style. They say they need clothes but my wife took a whole bunch of "gently used clothing" that were name brand and in style up there. Barely 20 minutes later we get a call telling us that our stuff is ready. Out of more than 50 items, Plato's kept 6 and she walked out with the rest. Come to find out they accidentally gave another customer one of our bags. At least they called us to let us know they messed up. We later took everything that the Antioch store didn't take up to the Murfreesboro store and they kept over 80% of the clothes. Really Antioch Plato's... Maybe the girl just didn't feel like doing her job. I dunno but they need to step up their game and do their customers better.

I never leave negative reviews. But this location LOST ALL OUR CLOTHES that did not sell except for 3 items. And the 3 items that weren’t lost were actually mixed with someone else’s clothing!!! I am beyond angry because my fiancé and I put really nice clothing in the box we brought. Nice dresses, jeans, shorts, and tops. I was not expecting for Plato’s to buy back all of our items, however I was definitely expecting for them to RETURN OUR CLOTHES THAT THEY DID NOT BUY! Because then I would have had an opportunity to sell them on other platforms. I’m not sure if it’s just this location where the employees clearly do not care, but I will never step foot in another Plato’s Closet.
