You'll normally have to retake the written test but with Covid their rules may have changed.
Proof of address, two forms of ID, title
The number they provide for “DVM” is a centralized number for every DMV in Virginia. It’s very difficult to get through and they can’t provide any info about a specific location. However, if you want to make an appointment, I THINK they can do that for you... but it’s going to be a long wait, regardless.
