Amazing service. The staff here is great, Aaron, the service manager, is very efficient profesional and helpful. Everything was done in record time. This is the best toyota service center I have been.

I was really bummed to have to spend $1200 for getting a sensor recalibrated. Also disappointed that it wasn’t under my repair warranty. Then another 200 to fix a Windshield water tube. , it seems really expensive. In the future I will go somewhere else if the repair is not covered.

Several issues. #1 no social distancing when you stand at the counter to check-in, pay, check-out. Should have a plexiglass barrier. CDC recommends masks AND 6 feet distance. The parts counter has it but they aren’t very busy like the service desks are. #2. I mentioned I was in a hurry and had to meet someone. I was told it would be 1.5 hours. After 2 hours I checked, the service rep had gone to lunch and my paperwork was sitting on his desk. My car was done but I was not notified! Bad service. Tried it one more time for my next service. I’ll be darned if the same thing…. Only worse didn’t happen. This time I’m told it will take 1 hour and it was 2 1/2 hours. And there it sat all ready and no one mentioned it to me. Bad service snd they don’t learn. Buying an electric vehicle so I never have to do this again.

Prius, Toyota good or not?

I bought a new Prius in 2004, which i loved driving. It was much cheaper on gas and was a pleasure to drive. The only time a really felt the power limitations was while crossing the Sierra Nevada mountain range. There was uphill driving for long enough that the battety ran out and I was left with only a very underpowered gas engine. I'm not sure if this would still apply with newer versions.

Im not sure. They are very helpful. We didn't get the answers we wanted. I ended up looking around the lot myself . I think they took a credit card for a deposit but im not sure. The service warranty is excellent and all mechanics are on-site.
