bruh moment

Clean store, good selection. Went to recycle some oil and one of the cashiers had an attitude to me for what feels like no reason, because I was running off auto pilot and going how every other O'reilly has had me do it for. Would give a higher rating but being friendly and getting "you back here getting smart" kinda killed my mood.

Came in to return an unopened part that I no longer needed. I didn’t have a receipt but I know they can look it up on the computer cause I have done this before. They were semi busy with people in line, both behind and beside me. The person at the desk said that they will need to get the manager to look it up. The manager Javier M. took one glance at the computer and told me “I would like you to take you and your story and go somewhere else.”, with a smug grin on his face. I have never in my life encountered such blatant disrespect as a customer in a store that I spend a lot of money in!!!! I will never return to this location again!!!

I just went there to have my battery checked and the guy checked it, it gave a reading pretty much saying my battery was dead. The guy didn't offer any solutions, such as a new battery (which was a lost sale). As a matter of fact, he didn't say anything. He literally walked back into the store, i followed him in, half expecting him to check the computer for available replacements/costs, he walked up to his computer and asked for the next customer! It was one of the rudest things I've ever seen. I immediately walked back out the door and went to Autozone. I won't waste my time going there again.
