They are always closed. You leave your house just to go to Starbucks because you know there store hours, and what do you know every time closed. With a sign on the door closed at 3. If your not staffed hire people if you can’t hire people borrow employees from other locations.

Ordered on the app and still had a 30 minute wait. Coffee was cold. Had one barista making drinks but 5 employees in the store. Probably one of the worst services from a Starbucks.

Use to be a very good Starbucks until the old crew left. This morning I ordered a Impossible sandwich twice, both times not heated correctly. Never again. So long Sam Ridley Starbucks with your not everyone caring crew.

Raechael and Ciapher were absolutely amazing. They was so kind and courteous! Also fast, efficient, and very personable as well. I’ve managed and worked in retail for more years than I can count. Believe me when I tell you, their customer service was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Everyone in the customer service industry should be like them. They are a prime example of how everyone needs to treat their customers. Rae have helped me find the most beautiful Tumbler as well. It’s just perfect! They both deserve recognition for going above and beyond every single time I’ve been there. Outstanding personalities, and truly beautiful souls. The frappe that was made for me was amazing as well! Never disappointed!
