They get confused, because donors get paid the employees forget that the donor is the customer. Management is to blame for crappy employee attitudes at least when displayed in front of donors.

That will depend on if its your first or second donation for the week, but this month bonus money is visit pay + $25 on 6th, + $20 on 7th, + $15 on 8th

They provide you with a debit Mastercard. This card get reloaded with money everything you donate. You can use it for anything that accepts Mastercard (online purchases, food, gas, etc)

If you donate at a center Octapharma particularly if they defer you normally is for a day or so unless it's a lifetime deferral and yes you can go to another Center after like a week or two

A $25 bonus for your 7th visit of the month, and a $20 bonus for your 8th visit of the month. I believe the base pay for your second visit of the week is $45 if you weigh between 150 and 175 pounds. But you receive the bonuses for the 6th, 7th, and 8th visit if the month regardless of it being your 1st or 2nd visit if the week.

They will initially do a physical, then before you donate you must answer all questions on the kiosk honestly.. if you answer a question and it gets flagged you might not be able to donate for safety reasons. If not, They then test your protein lvls, weight, and blood pressure. After you will be hooked up to a machine and good to go. If something goes wrong, like heat sweats or dizziness, they will unhook you and tend to your needs. Most of the time this is caused by dehydration or not having a balanced meal high in iron etc.. now if there are difficulties drawing your plasma, people who use certain drugs will have issues donating, specifically drugs like cocaine. Lol. That’s the best answer I can give.

You can only go twice in a one week period of time... if you went on Thursday, of LAST week, then went on Monday of THIS week, you cannot go again until Thursday of this week...

7 days .. Bio mat told me 6 weeks So I did the i went to octopharma and they told me its only 7 days plus ur 1st is 75 next 3 is 50 then 5th is 75 .. Then goes to normal but the people that stick u seem to b way better trained .... Much better experience than when I used to goto biomat
