It takes time to get signed in and processed. Coming in at 6:59 is an extremely inconsiderate thing to do. This is their job. They've been there all day and because you want to arrive a minute before closing they have to stay an addition hour or longer... It's like going into a restaurant a minute before it closes. They technically can't turn you away but you know that you are inconveniencing EVERYONE working there.
They told me today that they don't take new donors after 5:30pm and try again another day.
