My days were Friday and Sunday but I got deferred on Sunday so can I now do Monday and Wednesday or do I have to keep Friday.

You can only go twice in a 7 day period, so if you donated Friday, you have to keep Friday... to be able to go Monday and Wednesday, you'd go tomorrow, skip Friday, and go Monday... hope this helps...
