I used to be a donor with octapharma a few years back and stopped going because of poor management and staff. I decided to give it another try and I’m glad I did. Most of the old workers were gone and the place is under new management and it made the experience much better. My only suggestion is to have more chairs in the waiting area so that donors can sit comfortably while waiting their turn to be seen in the kiosk.

Staff is very professional and treat you with respect. Your in and out.
When the best days and times that they do have more staff? I go there and don't want to be next to a bunch of males there and hear about football. No offense.

They are open 7 days a week. You can donate twice a week
Why is there an investigation going on at this facility, and complete training, as well as being professional, no cussing , and always complaining, about what another worker is doing, since new machines, there is a lot of intentionally not working,

The workers are overworked and underpaid they just hired a few new people but it wont be long before they're disgruntled too.
