First time in the shop and it won’t be my last. I am a new rider and I was there to get my first real set of gear. Left with a jacket, gloves, boots and with an order in for a carbon fiber helmet. My mom ordered the same helmet for herself, as she has arthritis in her neck and back. Myself and my family experienced great personal service, that I will absolutely be back around for.

Salesperson spent a great deal of time with us to ensure that we were properly fitted and had everything we needed. He even installed out new intercom system in our helmets for us. Very pleased and will certainly be back!!

I've bought a number of things both online and in-store. Each purchase has been fairly smooth and painless. I was helped out a lot in-store, even though staffing was short. The staff remained calm, and most customers were completely understanding. I'll be continuing to shop here.

Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.

Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.

I suggest checking the wesbite first, there's just no way any storefront would be able to stock the parts inventory for every bike. I've ordered helmets, visors, slip-on exhausts, and picking up a full exhaust this week, all for my Harley. I order online and choose "ship to store" which is always free. I work ~10 minutes away from this location so I'll run on my lunch break and pick up the parts when they arrive. I always do a quick walk-through though and check their flyers as they usually have discounted gloves, jackets, boots, etc.
