I purchased several new "top tier" replacement windows from RIHI costing $10,000.00+. My wife is now unable to open or close the majority of these windows as they get stuck and are even difficult for me to open. The seal broke on several of the windows and the glass is foggy and have dark stains between the multi-pane glass. The top sash also drops and the windows are difficult to lock. I contacted the service department but can only speak with their receptionist who informed me that I would have to send an email with pictures and a description of the problems that I'm having then the services department will get back to me. She reported that I would be charged a $210.00 assessment fee for a technician to take a look. I was never informed of this process during the 2.5 hour consultation that I sat through. You are better off going to companies like ANDERSEN, PELLA or MARVIN which offer far superior quality products and warranties for all their products. RIHI is only accommodating when you're a new customer or making new purchases. I am very disappointed with the cheap quality of RIHI products in comparison to the premium brands. The bottom line is you pay a premium price for cheap inferior products. RIHI have horrible products with a short warranty. If you want quality products that are going to last an not give you problems don't buy from RIHI.

We just finished a bathroom remodel with RIHI, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their team of project managers guided us every step of the way, ensuring that the project stayed within our budget and was completed on time and to our exact specifications. Remodeling in the midst of a pandemic was challenging, but RIHI promptly and professionally dealt with every obstacle that stood in our way. Within just a few weeks, their skilled contractors had transformed our tired and out-of-date bathroom into the spa bathroom of our dreams. I would highly recommend RIHI to anyone who is considering a bathroom or kitchen renovation.

We contracted RIHI to replace windows in our home. 2 of them had been leaking. The resulting water damage was more extensive than we knew. Paul & Bill were excellent, what went from a 2 day job turned into a 5 day job and they made a potentially awful situation as good as it could possibly be. They showed up on a Saturday morning and Monday as soon as rain moved through to finish the job. Their clean up every day was excellent. They were professional, on time and did great work. After evaluating several window brands and installers, we settled on RIHI for 11 replacement windows for our 30-year-old Colonial style home. The windows are fully installed and we could not be happier. We made the right decision with RIHI. The RIHI windows are absolutely beautiful, inside and out. They are of the highest quality and extremely well made. Solid construction through-and-through, and they seal very tightly. The RIHI windows are much better insulators from both outside temperature and from noise as compared to our old windows. Opening, closing and tilt-in actions (for cleaning) are incredibly smooth and easy. Installation was completed in only 2 days. The installers were professional, friendly, neat, efficient and accurate. It is clear by the quality of the work that they are very experienced and also care about their work as well as the customer. RIHI was completely professional, prompt, courteous and helpful during all stages of this project: initial meeting; review of the RIHI window offering; purchase contract; site visit for precise window measurements; production and delivery of the windows; installation. The RIHI staff showed attention to detail, explained everything to us, and exhibited patience as well as exceptional customer service. The value based on the product we received was excellent. The price RIHI quoted in the contract is the final price we paid, without deviation. Delivery was a refreshing surprise. Even though we ordered the windows during the Pandemic-induced supply chain crisis, RIHI was able to deliver and install the windows within the timeframe it promised...actually a little sooner. That was a feat should speak loudly about their customer focus, operations and capabilities. We are impressed with the installation process, as the windows were cleanly installed without damage to the interior window trim or sills. The installers cleaned up after the installation and it's as if they had not been here, but for the wonderful new windows that were installed in our home. We love the fact that RIHI is a window manufacturer and installer based in our region, it has been in business for many years, and it stands by the windows, which it precisely manufactured in this case to our existing home's requirements. I highly recommend RIHI for its quality product, value, people and customer service!
