We had reserved a night's stay here, just as a rest spot coming home from our Florida drive back to Illinois. Wish we could have stayed more nights at this fantastic, clean and spacious. Everything seemed newly updated. The price was great for being just ouside of Nashville, so couldn't beat the location. I could go on, but its definitely a future destination for a stay. They had a great breakfast, but the Waffle House is literally right next door!

Not very satisfied with my stay at Best Western Brentwood. I called to ask if we could have an early check in and they told us we could. When we got to the hotel we were upgraded to a what was supposed to be a suite and it ended up being under construction. We were grateful for being upgraded but it just wasn’t what we expected. The glass sliding door of the shower was missing causing water to puddle all over the floor, there were wall outlets without any covers or wires (just a hole in the wall), the towels were damp, and the sheets were a bit dirty. It just felt uncomfortable and run down for being a suite. If it was undergoing renovations, we shouldn’t have been offered this room. It was fine for one night but I don’t recommend.

Room was mostly cleaned. I usually hit everything with some lysol wipes and noticed the restroom could've been cleaned better. Front desk work was kind. Not as thorough as I'd like. He was asking for my card and ID before giving me a price for a room and I had just walked in to check availability. So I did not have any idea of the cost. After swiping my card, he then directs my attention to their debit card policy, which also gives a great suggestion that I could've followed. Location is walking distance to a great Plaze: Target, restaurants, and other services.

Overall this hotel was great! It's beautiful on the outside, but I gave it four stars due to the fact that it looks like it is being updated inside. The breakfast had nice variety of food and a bussin pancake machine. Employees were friendly and helpful! The hotel offered a sit down area right inside and a place to eat breakfast. There was also a small work centre in the lobby. The room was very nice with modern bathrooms & furniture and comfy beds. This was a great stay!
