Great car (convertible mustang). When I’ve rented from them before using the actual Budget counter I would give them a 5 star but they shunt people to the Avis counter sometimes. The Avis people were sort of rude. The pickup person was short with me and interrupted me. The return lady asked me the same question 4 times because she was distracted. Budget would do better to keep their reps or get some training for the Avis reps.

Busget/ avis monterey airport was the worst experience I've ever had renting a car.there wasn't anybody at budget to accept my reservation I had to go to avis to get my rental.poor poor customer service.the day I dropped off my car to leave there was nobody at budget or avis to close out my rental.i had issues with payment and nobody would help me at the location or through customer service numberand nobody ever called me back to address my concerns or rectify any problems I had.there customer service is not even in this country.they do not care about customers or customer service. They lost a customer for ever!!!! I'll gladly go to enterprise or anybody else besides them for my future car rental needs Absoloutely Horrible!!!!!!!!!!
