For commercial users only! I have been coming to Monterey Express Wash for years and it use to be a great place. So good in fact commercial accounts have taken over the laundromat. They are doing Commercial Laundry every day early and late so they are closed to everyday users 18 hours a day. When they are open half the washer and driers are reserved for commercial accounts or are out of order. Just another case of the local shopper getting pushed out by the corporate giants. Today was the last straw showing up just to find out they are close to people with laundry baskets but open to people with corporate black cards. I looking for a new place!

Was searching for a place to wash my clothes as the hotel I’m staying at doesn’t offer laundry services. Monterey express wash is a great place to get your clothes washed and dried for a reasonable price. I had no clue how to work the machines, but with the help of Toby she went above and beyond to help. Thank you so much!

The machines available are large and work well, several were broken and others were being used by the commercial wash and fold operation. The website is inaccurate, it does not open till noon which the Google listing does have correct.

Absolute worst customer service they have the audacity to get mad at You because They bought the crumbling business blame your customers for half of your machine being broken but customers must be mindful when you can't even get up before Noon and open your doors🤔🤔🤔 😂😂😂 Real Profesh🤗🤗🤗
