Took my granddaughter there for highlights and she would not allow me to stay in salon with her, she is only fourteen still a minor…needless to say I sat in my car watching thur the window… I also found out she does not guarantee her work, and as I mentioned she did highlights but did not do the roots, I asked her if she could fix that and she told me I would be better off going somewhere else. Needless to say, it was not the best experience for my granddaughter‘s first time at a hair salon, so just beware!!!! In my opinion, she is expensive for the quality of work that she does and not to mention a little strange. Now unfortunately, I will have to take my granddaughter somewhere else to fix Her mistake that she’s not willing to fix herself. She has no customer service!!!
