Worst possible place for cell phone service. Could not set up my phone and actually broke it gave me a cheap replacement and raised my bill. Unless you like being ripped off by representatives who don't know how to do their job, I suggest you stay far away.

We were very unhappy with our service at this location. Appointment only and the only way to make an appointment is through the general Verizon customer service line. We would recommend going to the Verizon store near Costco.

Not too friendly or willing to show sympathy for the connectivity issues that I was experiencing. Mobile tech support was much more helpful. I am an existing customer.

I want to add my son to my family plan. I have an inactive Kyocera Duo Force. Will you activate that when I add a family member? The phone works great now, just no wireless activation

No..you have to stand on line outside. They only allowed certain number of people and the wait wasn't that bad..they were pretty efficient in there..
