18 month old was supposed to get tubes on Monday. It’s Friday, they were supposed to call with the time. No one called. Come to find out, despite ensuring they had the corrected phone number, they used the wrong number and now my daughter doesn’t get her tubes. Poor service, awful attitude with receptionist and no assistance whatsoever. Standard health care for the area though I guess because there’s no quality left in work ethic or accountability.

Ok so I came here to get a deviated septum fixed with a little nasal shaving for a bump on the bridge of my nose. My nose look 10xs worse I literally cry everyday. I am literally so upset a regretful I ever chose to go here and filed a complaint with my insurance and seeking a medical lawyer . DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY PROCEDURES. It’s all about a check for them !

Some of the staff are friendly and helpful but overall this place needs some work. I was told to come in early for my appointment showed up a whole 15 minutes early my appointment was at 320 I was not seen till almost 430 I watched as everybody walked in the office after me even people who were late for their appointment and were still called before me when I question the front desk about why it was taking so long all she could do was say I’m sorry and tell me that the doctors were backed up but mind you people are coming in after me and being called before me one of the doctors at this office prescribed my daughter some medication when I went to go fill in the prescription her medication was not approved with the type of insurance that she has nor was it pre-authorize so of course I had to go back to the office I was told that the doctor had to approve of a medicine switch for my child which was fine but the doctor seems to not know how to answer his emails My child has yet to still receive her medicine and I think it’s very funny that a Doctor Who went to college and got a degree didn’t realize that the medicine he prescribed for my child wasn’t covered by her insurance aren’t they supposed to check those things I thought maybe I was just having a bad day but after reading the rest of the reviews under this facility it seems like everyone is on the same page about this place. I really hope they get it together in there. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is on behalf of a couple of the friendly nurses that do work there And that did try to help me as much as they could but as far as the place as a whole I need some work.

I have been to this office twice and have left extremely frustrated and upset both times. Within seconds of entering the room the doctor prescribed me a nasal spray without asking any questions. I tried to explain that it wasn’t a congestion problem and had to do with me breaking my nose, and he didn’t listen or care. The same thing happened a year ago with an ear problem. Do not waste your time at this office. They don’t care and will push you out as soon as possible.
