I don't know what kinds of folks the VA looks for when they interview their doctors, but I'm telling you they really do love their veterans and look out for us. I have nothing but good things to say about the people in all of the VA facilities I've ever been to, but I do have complaints about the funding...

The staff is unprofessional and the doctors don’t actually care about veteran health. They will belittle you and yell at you. Completely unprofessional. If you don’t have bedside manner especially for veterans you have no business going into the medical field. Do better.

I have been treated like a king ever since I have been under VA care 1998. I appreciate the staff and Dr's that have been good to me! My wait time has averaged no more than 30 minutes. Thank you va!!VA!!!

That is exactly the attitude that veterans have come to expect when receiving medical care. "Sorry that you aren't the only one" instead of "sorry that we do not have adequate facilities nor adequate personnel to properly assist those that have sacrificed their health and wellbeing so that I don't have bullet holes in my car."
I have had the same experience. And I agree that it's ashame because we aren't able to access our doctors.
So best thing to do.. Is wait til u hear all the prompts and press 0 but u have to wait til u hear them all or it will disconnect.... Good 🤞luck
